 For the second day in a row, continued with weeding and spreading black mulch on the front bulb bed and it started to rain!

Gardening Diary – April 21, 2025

 Continued with weeding and spreading black mulch on the front bulb bed and completed the same on the front porch bulb bed.

Noticed, a couple of days ago, that there was some frost damage of the Hydrangeas [Hydrangea sp.] in the Daffodils bed.

Gardening Diary – April 17, 2025

 Sharon and I continued to weed the Front Bulb bed. One of the areas that I weeded was that containing the Ryan’s Pink Chrysanthemums [Chrysanthemum ‘Ryans Pink’]

Dave moved the 10 bags of black mulch from the trunk of our car to the Front Bulb bed. These were purchased yesterday from Lowe's.

 Sharon and I continued to weed the Front Bulb bed:

Dave moved the 10 black mulch bags from the back of our car to the Front Blub bed. We had purchased these from Lowe's.

Dave cut down some branches from a Red Althea [Hibiscus syriacus] in the tier bed which were lying on the fence at the left side of backyard.
