Daffodils’ bed
Picture taken on March 30, 2020.
Continued to weed the Daffodils’ bed.
Pruned 1 of the Hydrangeas [Hydrangea sp.] and cut back last year’s growth of False Asters [Kalimeris pinnatifida ‘Hortensis’]. Noted that False Asters were spreading into the Daffodils.
It is about time to dig up and separate the Daffodils [Narcissus sp.]. Most of the articles that I have read recommend that the bulbs be dug up when the Daffodils are dormant (e.g., when the leaves are brown).
