Left fence bed

Steve cut down all the bushes along the left fence. These included

• Sky Pencil Hollies [Ilex crenata ‘Sky pencil’]
• 2 Emerald Green Arborvitae [Thuja occidentalis ‘Smaragd’]
• Blue Star Juniper [Juniperus squamata ‘Blue Star’]
• Janed Gold Arborvitae [Thuja occidentalis ‘Janed Gold’ Plant Patent #21,967
• Dwarf Alberta Spruce [Picea glauca ‘Conica’]
• 2 Cedars (? when we purchased these, they were labelled Sky Pencil Hollies)

Steve will be installing a privacy fence next to the chain link fence.

Cranberry Cotoneaster

Weeded one of the Cranberry Cotoneasters in the front yard. There were a lot of Wild Onions (or Garlic) and Violets. Sprayed Ortho GroundClear Weed and Grass Killer on the weeds just outside the bed.

Also sprayed Ortho GroundClear Weed and Grass Killer on some weeds in the driveway.
