Continued to remove tall weeds and prune lightly some bushes in the Sedum / Lily bed and the bush bed. Removed Oak [Quercus sp.] and Maple [Acer sp.] trees from the area around the Red Twig Dogwood and removed a Pokeweed [Phytolacca americana] in the area around one of the Cranberry Cotoneasters [Cotoneaster apiculatis]. Took the garden waste to the ditch in Dave’s yard.
Coleus and Double Play Doozie® Spirea

After taking some household garbage to the dump in Karns, returned to weeding around the Coleus and Double Play Doozie® Spirea in the original bed. Removed mostly Yellow Nutsedge [Cyperus esculentus], Goldenrod [Solidago sp.], Crabgrass [Digitaria sp.], etc.
